All prices are exclusive of VAT at 20%. This will be added in regonline, and a VAT invoice provided for those wishing to claim VAT back.

All registrations are inclusive of an electronic copy of the proceedings, Monday and Tuesday social events, lunches, and coffee breaks.
Visa invitation letters
Please note that visa invitation letters can only be sent after registration has been made and paid for, in accordance with IEEE policy. Visa invitation requests can be made via email.
Bletchley Park visit
On Wednesday afternoon we intend to offer a trip to Bletchley for those who can stay. These tickets are not included in the base fee and cost £28 (please select when registering.)
The trip is conditional on sufficient attendees signing up to make the coach feasible. If the trip is not possible, the ticket price will be refunded to attendees.
Cancellation
- Fees are refundable within 30 days of registration.
- Refunds are made within seven to ten days of receiving the cancellation.
- If a cancellation is made within 30 days of the start of the conference, the refund is made after the event.
- The refund is reduced by £75 to cover the administrative costs of processing and refunding a registration.
